Borrow free ebooks, emagazines, and audiobooks to read and listen on your device or web browser.  Download the Libby application, available on both Apple App store or Google Play store,  and use your library card number to create and access your account.  You must access Libby through your home library.  If you are not a Colo or rural Story County resident you will need to use the library in the city that you reside for Libby access.
